TEC Billeting is available at no cost for service members and those on official orders, so please ensure your travel orders reflect that. Rooms have refrigerators, flat-screen TVs and clock radios. Dayroom areas on each floor have microwaves and coffee pots. There are centralized washers and dryers as well as housekeeping.
All rooms will be reserved by Air Force Public Web on behalf of attendees, please register for the workshop to ensure a billeting room. If any members plan to stay off base, those reservations will be up to the member to reserve. All rooms reserved by Air Force Public Web will be in accordance with TEC Lodging OI. See info below for situational awareness of TEC billeting operations.
Single occupancy will be utilized to the fullest extent possible (see chart below), however, event/class utilization will determine room occupancy and are subject to change due to event organizers request or mission requirements.
Double Occupancy: E1-E7, O1-O3
Single Occupancy: E8-E9, O4-O5, Civilians
DV Light’s (Chiefs Quarters): Command Chiefs or Services Equivalent, E9, GS13/14
DV Quarters: O6 and up, Command Chiefs, SES, GS15
TEC is a Wi-Fi and wired campus. Work with your TEC representative or campus billeting for the login name and password. Three cyber cafés are located in the Morrisey Hall classroom building with 32 laptop computers for student use and wired internet access.
