Airmen from Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, took on the mud with citizens of Wichita Falls and the surrounding Texoma area. More than 30 volunteers from Sheppard helped runners negotiate obstacles and stay on course the five-kilometer course in downtown Wichita Falls. The annual mud race is a non-profit event benefitting the Wichita Falls area community schools.
